As a former 2 sport- 3 season Division II athlete, coach, and teacher with a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology and biomedical sciences; I am equipped with the knowledge and skills to not only help you achieve your goals, but also teach you how you can transform your lifestyle to successfully continue on your lifelong pursuit of health and wellness. I'm now a busy wife and mom and I've experienced my own hardships when it comes to my personal fitness journey through college athletics injuries, infertility, health struggles, life with babies, etc. However, throughout the last few years of trial, error, and research, I have truly honed in on the principles of fitness and nutrition that matter most. This has allowed me to not only reach but sustain the best shape of my life- and I'd love to help you do the same!
